Four years ago w/ Brother Wease...

For my new found friends on the world wide web... I'm posting here a link

to my broadcast four years ago (wow, how time flies) about the first book

Undertakings of an Undertaker. Wease is an icon in Rochester, N.Y. on

Radio 95.1 and has been there for years. The picture above is Wease at

his microphone and on the air.       He spent almost an entire hour

with me on his morning show back in 2015.. and I must admit we had

great fun.  To access the show, do the following;

go to Soundcloud.com .....

type in my full name Stanley Swan....you'll see a number of different

segments I've posted there..from work at WJQZ, WWKB and more..

Scroll down to the Wease show and open it up... I think you'll enjoy.

You can leave me a note here anytime by going to the bottom of the post

and hit comment section. Have a great week! SS

Need a speaker?

I throw this out there from time to time...and usually get some pretty

good feedback from it. I many times, no fee encountered, go out and

speak to Senior groups, Libraries, service clubs like Lions, Rotary,

Kiwanis etc. The topics are varied and can be tailored to your group.

I talk about the self publishing business... things to be aware of and

some tips if you are thinking about eventually publishing yourself.

I talk of course about the first book Undertakings... it's surprising how

many questions people have about the death care industry.. and have

never really asked for specific information.

I also touch base a bit about Tales Unleashed... but my primary

function is just to be entertaining... goes back to my old radio days

it seems... ha... they seem so distant now.. incredible..

So, if you live within a sixty mile radius of Cohocton, N.Y, (where I'm

at presently) drop me a note and we'll set something up for you.

You can reach me anytime at; undertakings@inbox.com

Thanks for stopping... and hopefully it'll dry out pretty soon! SS

Dreams can be so real....

....and one night in October, young Jimmy who lived near

Harrisburg learned that first hand.

What a joy to live on a farm...to see the crops in bloom, the

animals being tended to properly...it was peace, quiet, solitude.

But there was really only one thing that didn't fit into the

scheme of all that peace....the scarecrow that his father had

put up in the corn field outside his window.

Dreams can be so real...and one night Jimmy discovered that...

so real, that physical evidence would be left behind.

'Jimmy's night time visitor'....it's story number 21, page 80

in Tales Unleashed.

At Amazon and B. & Noble.
